FENNEC Flashlights Warranty

Our Warranty

FENNEC warrants to the original retail purchaser that a genuine FENNEC flashlight will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the coverage periods below. This warranty is non-transferable. Proof of purchase from FENNEC or an authorized seller may be required.

Coverage Periods

Five years from the original purchase date: flashlight body, LED/light source, switches, charging circuit and port, electronics, seals, magnetic base, adjustable head or hinge, and other factory-installed components.

One year from the original purchase date: rechargeable battery cells, whether removable or built in, USB cables, chargers, clips, holsters, and other included accessories.

What FENNEC Will Do

After inspection, FENNEC will repair a covered defect or replace the product with the same or a reasonably comparable model, at FENNEC's option. Replacement materials, finishes, or models may differ when the original is unavailable. This warranty does not include refunds except where required by law.

What Is Not Covered

• Normal wear; scratches; cosmetic or finish wear; LED tint variation; or normal battery capacity loss, depletion, or aging.
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper storage or maintenance, fire, extreme heat, battery leakage, incorrect polarity, or use of an incompatible battery, cable, or charger.
• Water or impact damage beyond the product's published rating or intended use.
• Damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, alteration, or improper repair.
• Loss, theft, counterfeit or non-FENNEC products, or products with removed or altered serial numbers or identifying marks.

How to Request Service

1. Submit the FENNEC flashlight warranty request form on this page.
2. Wait for a Warranty Authorization Number (WAUTH#). Do not ship before authorization is issued.
3. Print and complete the Warranty Service Form we email you. Place it inside the package.
4. Package the flashlight securely and use tracking. Remove a removable battery and do not include loose batteries, chargers, or accessories unless FENNEC requests them.
5. Write the WAUTH# on the outside of the package and ship it to the address below.

The customer is responsible for secure, tracked shipping to FENNEC. FENNEC is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. For an approved U.S. warranty claim, FENNEC will pay standard return shipping. If the claim is not covered, FENNEC will contact the customer before performing paid work or returning the product. Packages without a valid WAUTH# may be refused or returned.

Never ship a swollen, leaking, damaged, recalled, or overheated battery. If the battery is permanently installed, power the light off and protect the switch from accidental activation. Follow all carrier rules for lithium batteries. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state. Any exclusions or limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
