TinGrip Black adds textured cloth grip to tool handles, flashlights and everyday equipment. Its matte black finish keeps the look clean and low-profile, whether you wrap a full handle or add traction only where your hand makes contact.

Each reusable metal tin contains two rolls and an application guide. The woven cotton-poly cloth conforms to curved handles, while the pressure-sensitive adhesive secures the wrap to a clean, suitable surface.

TinGrip adds a grip layer. It does not repair damaged handles or replace worn structural components.

HOW TO APPLY

1. Prepare: Clean and dry the surface. Remove loose material and check that the underlying finish is intact.
2. Test: Apply a small piece in an inconspicuous area to check adhesion and removal compatibility.
3. Cut: Trim the tape to length with scissors, away from the equipment surface.
4. Wrap: Apply with light tension, overlapping each pass by approximately one-quarter of the tape width.
5. Secure: Press the wrap and end firmly into place. Check that switches, moving parts and locking mechanisms remain unobstructed.

Check the wrap before use and replace it if it becomes loose or worn. Store unused tape in the tin in a cool, dry location.

Is TinGrip waterproof?
TinGrip is water- and sweat-resistant. It is not a waterproof seal or repair tape. Apply it to a clean, dry surface for proper adhesion.

Will it conform to curved handles?
Yes. The woven cloth can follow curves and contours when applied with light tension and overlapping passes. Check adhesion on your particular surface before use.

Does it leave residue?
TinGrip is designed for clean removal. Results can vary with the surface finish, time in place and exposure conditions. Test an inconspicuous area before wrapping delicate or coated equipment.

What is the difference between Black and Camo?
