The OVP-10 combines organic vapor and particulate filtration in a single 40 mm threaded cartridge. Its four-stage construction pairs particulate media with 12.5 g of activated charcoal in a 2.4-inch-deep body. Designed for the TB-11 and masks using standard 40 mm NATO threads (EN 148-1), it provides a replacement or spare filter for applications within its A2P3 rating.

FOUR-STAGE FILTRATION

1. Coarse pre-filter: Captures larger airborne particles before they reach the inner media.
2. Fine filter: Adds a layer of particulate filtration.
3. Activated charcoal bed: 12.5 g of activated charcoal adsorbs specified organic gases and vapors within the filter's rating.
4. Final high-efficiency filter: Provides the final particulate filtration stage before air reaches the facepiece.

UNDERSTANDING A2P3

A2 organic vapor filtration: Class 2, medium-capacity filtration for specified organic gases and vapors with boiling points above 65 °C. Suitability depends on the contaminant, concentration, exposure conditions and the complete respirator assembly. The class designation is not a universal safe exposure limit.

P3 particulate filtration: At least 99.95% filtration efficiency under the applicable standard test conditions. This rating describes filter performance, not the protection achieved with an improperly fitted mask.

Select filters for the identified hazard and follow the mask and filter instructions. A2P3 does not establish protection against every chemical, biological or radiological hazard.

40 MM NATO COMPATIBILITY

The OVP-10 fits the TB-11 and masks with standard 40 mm NATO threaded connections conforming to EN 148-1. Check the facepiece manufacturer's instructions for permitted filter combinations and configurations. Thread compatibility alone does not establish approval of the complete respirator assembly.

STORAGE & REPLACEMENT

Keep the filter in its original sealed packaging until needed. Follow the labeled storage conditions and expiration date. The 10-year shelf life applies to properly stored, unopened filters; it is not an in-use service-life claim.

Once opened and used, service life depends on the contaminant, concentration, humidity and breathing rate. Follow a suitable replacement schedule based on the manufacturer's instructions and exposure conditions. Do not rely on odor or taste to determine when replacement is due. If you notice odor, taste, irritation or increased breathing resistance, leave the exposure area immediately and assess the equipment in a safe location. Do not wash or attempt to regenerate the filter.

How many filters are included?
One OVP-10 filter. Each filter is $29.95. Masks, cases and other equipment shown in kit photographs are not included with this listing.

Will it fit my mask?
It fits standard 40 mm NATO threaded connections conforming to EN 148-1, including the TB-11. Confirm the permitted filter combination in your mask's instructions.

Does it last 10 years after opening?
No. The 10-year shelf life applies while properly stored and sealed. In-use replacement intervals depend on the exposure and manufacturer guidance.

Does the TB-11 warranty cover replacement filters?
No. Filters are consumable items and are excluded from the TB-11 respirator warranty. For an issue with an order, contact TITAN PPE support.

USE LIMITATIONS

This filter does not supply oxygen. Do not use in oxygen-deficient atmospheres below 19.5% oxygen, unknown contaminant conditions, immediately dangerous to life or health environments, confined spaces or explosive atmospheres. It is not rated for carbon monoxide, inorganic gases, acid gases or ammonia.

Use with a suitable facepiece, appropriate training and a satisfactory fit. Perform the mask's prescribed seal check each time it is worn. For required U.S. workplace use, select an appropriately NIOSH-approved respirator assembly and follow the applicable respiratory protection program. EN ratings and matching threads do not establish NIOSH approval. Read all mask and filter instructions before use.

Unopened packages only. OVP-10, OVP-11 and other gas mask filters are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery only when their original packaging is unopened, all factory seals are intact, and the filters are unused. Opened, unsealed, installed or used filters cannot be returned, even if they appear unused.
